work smarter, not harder

Its been now ages since i hav put nethng on my blog, i hope i m nt wasting the server space given by google :P ,,, so this time i m puttng smthng substantial, which i thnk will help me to make out the lost time,,, (at least for my satisfaction :))...

jst the other day I came across a thought of Albert Einstein "Simplicity means the achievement of maximum effect with minimum means" which made me to thnk about the old adage, "work smarter, not harder" ,,,

it made me to think dat if really I m wrkng smarter to my full potential, if I m really efficient more then I can be???

I got some answers or maybe QUESTIONS which I would like to share

Get smarter: Am I smarter than I was a year ago or still I m tryng to master new concepts and challenges with old knowledge? Albert Einstein once said, "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them."

Focus:As Marathon runners have great focus so I should also hav to. To prepare, they set specific training goals. They concentrate on specific activities. They have focus. They haven't caught the dreaded business disease of multitasking or being all things to all people, n this is wat I hav to do frm now on :)

I hope, this will click and I don't hav to do hardwork to Enjoy my work :)

Working Smarter & Not Harder
It has been My ideology for years, But sometime I feel while taking these shortcuts I missed something which I must have Learnt going the long way. The reason behind that is if I have to learn some skills then smartest way can reduce time required but at the same time it also reduces the practice required to achieve that goal
